Meet the Founder: Arianna Merritt, M.Ed.

Hello! I'm Arianna.

As the founder and visionary behind the award-winning digital platform, The Self-Discovery Retreat, I have provided more than 500,000+ visitors with the space, encouragement, and tools to develop their unique voice, confidence, and sense of purpose. Seeing a need to provide help anytime, anywhere in 2010, I designed and created this virtual platform to support learners globally.

Since then, I have authored over 450 personal development articles that centre on psychotherapy systems applied to everyday life. In addition, I have developed numerous partnerships and featured over 100 professional leaders, such as Suzy Greaves (Psychologies magazine), Chris Guillebeau (best-selling author), Chandra Crawford (Olympian), and Paula Davis-Laack (resilience expert); their interviews showcased learning tools for overcoming obstacles, managing stress, developing self-awareness, increasing emotional intelligence, and building community.
